Your personal data has been bought, sold and lost for decades — by organisations you've never heard of, with no obligation to tell you. Datasured exists to end that: real protection for your data, and real remedies when the people holding it get it wrong.

Data Service Providers and Credit Reference Agencies are quick to reassure you that your information is safe. What they won't tell you is who they've sold it to, shared it with, or lost it to along the way.
Your personal data moves through brokers, aggregators and resellers — and the trail goes cold almost immediately. Nobody is required to show you where it went.
When data is lost or leaked, disclosure is patchy and slow. Many organisations only confirm a breach when forced to — long after the damage is done.
Privacy policies rarely disclose past breaches or onward sales. Ticking a box is not the same as knowing what actually happens to your information.
Artificial intelligence has changed what's possible with personal data — in both directions. The same capability that protects you can be turned against you.
Datasured puts AI to work on your side of the ledger:
The opposite also applies. Criminals now use the same tools to:
The law that's supposed to protect your personally identifiable information was written for a slower world — before AI-scale data trading existed.
Legislation moves at the pace of parliaments; data trading moves at the pace of technology. The frameworks in force today were designed before breaches were industrialised and before AI could weaponise them.
Mandatory disclosure of who your data was sold to. Real-time breach notification to consumers. Meaningful penalties for losing track of personal data. None of these are coming any time soon.
Not soon enough to protect you now. Regulatory reform is years away at best — which is exactly why we built a way to leapfrog the problem rather than wait for it to be solved.
Don't wait for the system to fix itself. Datasured combines two things no one else puts together: protection that stops your data being abused, and remedies that hold organisations to account when it already has been.
Enterprise-grade data protection in your pocket — built for everyday people, not IT specialists.

Built by data forensics and cybersecurity specialists, the Datasured app brings the tools normally reserved for enterprises directly to you — and surfaces only what matters, in plain English.
Instant notifications when your data appears in a breach or surfaces on the dark web.
Track your information across the dark, deep and grey webs — and recover what's been taken.
Encrypted, private connections wherever you go — at home, in cafés, on the move.
Add-ins for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Brave block trackers, phishing and malware.

We've worked in cybersecurity, data forensics and data protection longer than most of the organisations you trust with your data — including some of the biggest brands in the UK. Now we're putting that expertise to work for the people whose data is actually at stake. You.
PII stands for Personally Identifiable Information — any information that can be used, on its own or combined with other data, to identify you as an individual. The obvious examples are your name, home address, date of birth, email address, phone number and National Insurance number. But it also includes financial details, passport and driving licence numbers, biometric data, IP addresses, location data and even online identifiers like usernames. PII is the raw material of identity fraud: the more of it that leaks, the easier it is for criminals to impersonate you. Protecting it — and tracking where it goes — is what Datasured is built for.
Personal data fraud is what happens when your personally identifiable information — name, address, date of birth, financial details, credentials — is harvested, traded or stolen and then used to impersonate you, open accounts in your name, or defraud you directly. It usually starts with a breach you were never told about.
Honestly? Almost nobody who should. The organisations holding your data care about avoiding fines, not about you. Regulators are under-resourced and years behind. Criminals care a great deal — your data is their raw material. We built Datasured because someone needs to be unambiguously on your side.
Three reasons. First, there's no obligation to tell you who your data was sold to — and in most cases the seller doesn't know either. Second, breach disclosure is slow, partial and often voluntary. Third, legislation hasn't caught up with AI-scale data trading, and meaningful reform isn't on the horizon. The system protects the institutions, not the individual.
The app monitors the dark, deep and grey webs continuously and alerts you in real time when your data surfaces somewhere it shouldn't. It secures your day-to-day digital life with a built-in VPN, secure browsing and encrypted communications, connects you directly to Action Fraud to report crime, and — uniquely — lets you make a claim against the organisation that lost your data, straight from the app.
Because protection alone isn't enough. Every other tool stops at alerts. Datasured pairs protection with remedy: forensic evidence of where your data went, regulated legal partners to pursue compensation, and optional FCA-regulated identity insurance underneath it all. That combination — protect, prove, and claim — doesn't exist anywhere else.

We may also make available other privacy policies or information notices in relation to specific products or business functions. These will apply in conjunction with this Privacy Policy so please ensure that you review each document, as applicable.

Please note that where we have indicated that our use of your personal data is necessary for us to comply with legal obligations or for us to take steps, at your request, to enter into an arrangement with you (or perform it), and you choose not to provide the relevant personal data, we may not be able to enter into or continue our arrangement with you. Practically, this may mean that you are not able to access certain areas of our Website or receive certain services.
Where our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you do decide to withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your personal data for that purpose unless there is another lawful basis that also applies and which we are relying on — in which case, we will let you know.

4.2 If you have any cause for complaint about our use of your personal data, please contact us (see section 14 for details on how to do this) and we will do all we can to solve the problem for you. If we are unable to help, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK’s data supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
4.3 For further information about your rights, please contact the Information Commissioner’s Office or your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
This is largely based upon your use of our site, and depending on this we may collect some or all of the following personal and non-personal data (please also refer to section 13 which covers our use of Cookies and similar technologies):
6.1 All personal data is processed and stored securely, and for no longer than is necessary given the reason(s) for which it was first collected. We will comply at all times with our obligations and will safeguard your rights under the UK GDPR at all times. For more details on security see section 7, below.
6.2 Our use of your personal data will always be on a lawful basis, either because it is necessary for our delivery of a contract with you, because you have consented to our use of your personal data (e.g. by subscribing to emails), or because it is in our legitimate interests. 6.5 You have the right to withdraw your consent to us using your personal data at any time, and to request that we delete it.
6.6 We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Data will therefore be retained for the following periods (or its retention will be determined on the following bases):
7.1 We only keep your personal data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.

7.3 Data security is very important to us, and to protect your data we have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected through our site.
8.1 We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply products and services to you on our behalf. These may include payment processing, delivery of goods, search engine facilities, advertising, and marketing. In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.
8.2 We may compile statistics about the use of our site including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales, and other information. All such data will be anonymised and will not include any personally identifying data, or any anonymised data that can be combined with other data and used to identify you. We may from time to time share such data with third parties such as prospective investors, affiliates, partners, and advertisers. Data will only be shared and used within the bounds of the law.
8.3 We may from time to time use third party data processors that are located outside of the United Kingdom. Where we transfer any personal data outside the UK, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the UK GDPR.
8.4 In certain circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain data held by us, which may include your personal data, for example, where we are involved in legal proceedings, where we are complying with legal requirements, a court order, or a governmental authority.
9.1 We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of our business. Any personal data that you have provided will, where it is relevant to any part of our business that is being transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use that data only for the same purposes for which it was originally collected by us.

11.2 You may restrict our use of Cookies. For more information, see section 13.
